Description of Service
Baseline is a platform that helps founders in creating and managing effective investor updates and helps investors track portfolio companies' progress and communicate with founders.

‍To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

‍Intellectual Property Rights
‍The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Electric Monkey ApS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

‍User Content
